PENNY - Chair
A Project in JOONGHO CHOI STUDIO.

Penny chair is created Bover and designer Joongho Choi with the motivation from the Windsor chair which was used from 17th century windsor province in England.
Implementing the characteristic of the windsor chair, consecutive disposition of thin bows, Joongho Choi focused on improvement of durability while keep the reasonable design.
Penny consists of one form that connects the seat and legs and this parts support the whole structure and improves durability by four bows inside.
The initial goal of this project was to give our own senses to the moderated design while we keep the basic and classic aspects of windsor chair. .
